By commissioning me you agree to the following terms:

Copyright

1. I retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. It can not be claimed by the client as their own.

2. All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of the artwork through the forms of merchandise or promotion is prohibited. Please ask me if you are uncertain that your plans for use fit this category.

3. Reposting conditions: The client has my permission to post the artwork wherever they would like as long as proper credit is given and my signature remains on the artwork.

4. Altering artwork without my permission is prohibited, with the exception of cropping/resizing.

5. Using my artwork as an image to trace or repurposing parts of it is prohibited.

Payment

1. I accept payments in USD. Payments can be made through PayPal. If you cannot pay using these methods, please contact me and we can work something out.

2. Half of the payment will be sent after I agree to the commission. The rest will be sent after I send the client a watermarked version of the final piece.

3. Refunds: If the commission is canceled by me, the client will receive a full refund. If the commission is canceled by the client before the commission is started, a full refund will be provided. If progress has been started and the client cancels, the amount refunded will be determined by how long I have spent on the commission. No refunds will be provided for completed pieces.

4. I have a right to cancel a commission at any time, without explanation.

- Mecha (ask first)

- Heavy armor (ask first)

- NSFW

- Images that could be perceived as: racist, homophobic, transphobic, sexist or anti-Semitic.

Process

1. An estimated completion time will be given before you place your commission if requested. I will update you on any delays.

2. Work in progresses will be provided at these stages: Sketch, Lineart, Flats along with any other times where I am unsure about something being correct. All WIPS will be sent watermarked.

3. After the sketch is approved major edits such as the pose or character cannot be made. After the lineart is approved, no edits may be made except for those dealing with color or shading. 

4. Edits are provided with no cost to the client.

5. If you do not want me to post your commission online, I must be told after the order.
